Crossville police responded to Wyndridge Health and Rehab Center on Wayne Avenue just before 3 a.m. this morning in reference to an intoxicated male who made his way into the facility.

Upon arrival, the staff informed officers that 33-year-old Harlan Eugene Gadd of Crossville reportedly was licking the water fountain at one point.

Police officers found Gadd outside the building attempting to open each door he came to.

Gadd allegedly told officers he was employed there. The staff told authorities Gadd did not work at the facility.

Gadd was taken into custody and transported to jail.
