Cumberland County deputies took a theft report this morning regarding a stolen dog. Kirk Wattenbarger told officers one of his two German Shepherds was taken from his home on Wattenbarger Road. He previously noticed a suspicious gray or white light colored SUV parked along the road near his dwelling. The canine was valued at $1,500.
