Cumberland County law enforcement stopped a motorist on Peavine Road late Monday after reportedly failing to dim his headlights for oncoming traffic. A check of the driver, 52-year-old Donald Alan Goslin of Lancing revealed full extradition warrants out of Fort Worth, Texas for fraud and forgery. Goslin was transported to jail to await being sent back to the “Lone Star State” to face those charges.
