GOV. HASLAM TO GIVE LAST “STATE OF THE STATE” ADDRESS NEXT WEEK
This is the final year that Gov. Bill Haslam will be in office. He will deliver his last “State of the State” address on Monday, Jan. 29. The Republican Governor will address the State House and Senate as he finishes out his second term in office later this year. So far, the race for the top political seat in the state has drawn five Republicans and two Democrats. The speech is set to begin at 6 PM and will be streamed on the internet.
