An individual is scheduled to be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court next month after being indicted on charges Monday. Court officials say 29-year-old Charles Wesley Sands faces aggravated assault and domestic assault stemming from an incident in June of this year where he reportedly threatened a woman with a knife. Sands is scheduled to make his first court appearance November 4, 2019.
