A routine traffic stop in the Baymont Inn parking lot on Highway 127 in Cumberland County resulted in an arrest. A passenger, 40-year-old Jeremy Greenwood, informed authorities he was on state probation for theft out of Cheatham County. Greenwood also was allegedly in possession of heroin. He was charged with manufacture, sale and delivery of a controlled substance. Another occupant in the car, 45-year-old Donald Eugene Brown of Joelton, Tennessee was arrested for the same offense.
