Alcoa Police are investigating the theft of a woman’s wallet…and puppie. The victim, Jennifer Roberts, told police that she had been in her car at a Kroger parking lot when she had an episode of her blood sugar dropping resulting in her passing out. She awakened to find her boyfriend over her telling her that someone had stolen her wallet and her 4-month-old Cocker Spaniel Spartakus. Officers were informed by a witness that an older gentleman was seen picking up the dog and leaving. The investigation is continuing.
