Harbor Freight plans to open a new location in Crossville in the former Rite Aid Pharmacy building on North Main Street at Elmore Road. An opening date could be as early as March or April 2021. The company is a privately held discount tool and equipment retailer, headquartered in California, which operates a chain of retail stores, as well as a mail-order and e-commerce business. They employ over 20,000 people in the United States and has 1,000 locations including in Harriman and Cookeville.
