Today, we were contacted by a customer whose grandfather received a fraudulent phone call claiming his power would be disconnected unless he made an immediate $100 payment. Sadly, he gave out his payment information, believing it was legitimate.

HUB will never call you live and demand immediate payment over the phone.

Sadly, scams like this are on the rise, and we don’t want any of our customers to fall victim.
