HEARING IN JOE CLYDE DANIELS CASE DELAYED BECAUSE OF COVID-19 QUARANTINES
A hearing in the Joe Clyde Daniels case has been delayed until September 24, 2020 because of COVID-19 quarantines. A couple of TBI agents scheduled to appear at the hearing tested positive for the virus.
Joseph Daniels, Joe’s father, was scheduled to appear in court tomorrow (Friday, September 4, 2020). He is charged with murder after allegedly confessed to beating his son at his home in Dickson, Tennessee.
Joe’s mom, Krystal Daniels, is charged with aggravated child neglect or endangerment after an affidavit said she was present the night Joseph beat their son to death and tried to help cover up the crime.
Investigators reportedly found 26 total bones and bone fragments during a search at the Daniels family home near Garner Creek Road on May 22, 2020.
