A recent pursuit involving a motorist in a stolen vehicle in Roane County ended with his arrest. Law enforcement responded to a call at Big E’s Market in Rockwood after 21-year-old Austin Nathaniel Lynn of Bledsoe County took a Chevy Silverado without permission. The chase involving several officers and the Tennessee Highway Patrol went on several streets and ended on West Dunn when Lynn crashed the truck. He was taken into custody after a brief foot chase on charges including reckless endangerment, theft of a vehicle and manufacture, sale and delivery of meth.
