HOGAN ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES IN CROSSVILLE
Crossville police responded yesterday to a business on North Main Street for a suspicious male. Officers found 40-year-old David Monroe Hogan asleep and once he woke up had a slurred speech. A search of Hogan reportedly revealed a container with several pills inside packaged in either small plastic bags or tin foil. Police also supposedly located meth, cocaine and a firearm. Once at the jail, authorities allegedly found three cell phones and a note with various names and money amounts on it. Hogan was charged with public intoxication, possession of a firearm while intoxicated and four counts of manufacture, sale and delivery of drugs.
