A Rhea County man plead guilty this week to two counts of aggravated sexual battery and received 16 years in prison in a plea deal. Court officials say 69-year-old Donald Houston, Sr. was originally indicted late last year on multiple counts of child rape. The female victim was reportedly under the age of 12. As a result of that plea deal, Houston will have to serve 100 percent of the sentence.
