A Kentucky man is facing rape and sodomy charges after an 11 and 13-year-old alleged that he committed sex acts against them and had been doing so for three years. Officers arrested 69-year-old Waynard Hughes in Pulaski County. The two girls supposedly told investigators Hughes would make them watch pornography, and would give them alcoholic drinks. He was taken to the Pulaski County Detention Center.
