Law enforcement in Roane County say human remains found in the eastern section of the county last month have been positively identified as 30-year-old Jacob Lemons. He was last seen in Knox County four years ago after leaving Weigel’s on Hardin Valley Road with a man in a vehicle. The circumstances surround his disappearance and death remains under investigation. No further information was released by authorities.
