We expect freezing rain to increase after midnight and continue through Monday morning, very hazardous travel is expected to develop. I think the plateau could benefit from some warmer air and we could get into the Mid to upper 30s Monday afternoon with some plain rain if we are lucky, keep your fingers crossed. One good thing about this storm we are not in the bulls eye that is between Nashville and Memphis where up to a foot of snow will occur. I expect by Monday night We will get an inch or two of snow and colder with a low near 19 degrees. It probably won’t get above freezing on Tuesday but we may see some pics of the Sun and we will get to 40 degrees on Wednesday. A winter storm warning is in effect through 6 a.m. Tuesday morning but that may be changed depending on how much plain rain mixes in Monday afternoon. So to sum it up we will definitely get some ice white tonight and tomorrow morning and probably get a little Improvement tomorrow afternoon but then some snow tomorrow night, stay tuned for the latest!
