A teenager abduction in Anderson County resulted in the arrest of a man. Officers were following up on a 15-year-old female runaway when they learned she was seen getting into an ice cream truck. The driver of the vehicle in question, 29-year-old Troy Stansberry, allegedly took her to a motel for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity. Authorities found the minor and charged Stansberry with aggravated kidnapping. He was taken to the Anderson County jail and initially placed on a $75,000 bond.
