Roane County authorities arrested a subject yesterday on a child sex crime charge. Officers say 34-year-old Carlos Rodriguez was taken into custody for solicitation of a minor. He was transported to jail and initially placed under a $100,000 bond. He is scheduled to make his first appearance in Roane County General Sessions Court November 10, 2020.
