The Tennessee Highway Patrol today released a report of a multi-vehicle fatal accident yesterday at the intersection of Lantana Road and Miller Bypass in Crossville.

It states a 2017 Kia Sedona driven by 83-year-old David Williams was traveling on Lantana Road and struck a 2018 Ford E450 operated by 63-year-old Charles Morgan Troutt.

The Kia then collided with a 2022 Peterbilt driven by 60-year-old Kenneth Lowe.

A fourth vehicle involved, a 2001 GMC Sonoma operated by 66-year-old Jose M. Barreto, hit the driver-side of the Peterbilt with its bumper.

Williams passed away as a result of the crash.

Sources say Williams experienced a medical episode right before the crash.

The report states Troutt was injured.

Lowe had suspected minor injuries.

The accident resulted in the intersection being closed for around 3 hours.
