Early this morning, the Roane County Sheriff’s Department received information that an out-of-state fugitive was staying at an Old Suddath Road address. Deputies conducting a warrants check found 21-year-old Macer Lee Ours in the home and took him into custody without incident.

A search of Ours revealed a small amount of meth.

Deputies arrested Ours on fugitive from justice and manufacture, sale, delivery or possession of meth charges.

The warrant from Indiana is a level-five felony charge for dealing in meth.
