A vehicle accident in Rockwood this afternoon at the intersection of Tedder Street and Gateway Avenue sent three to a hospital. Officers say both automobiles sustained heavy damage and had to be towed. Traffic at the scene was down to one lane southbound and Tedder Street was closed for the duration of the investigation and clean-up. All patients were transported by ambulance. A detailed report will be released at a later time.
