JACOB REED ARRESTED IN HARRIMAN ON DRUG CHARGES

Harriman police took 22-year-old Jacob W. Reed into custody early this morning after a traffic violation. A search allegedly revealed illegal drugs. He was charged with manufacture, delivery or possession of meth as well as marijuana, possession of a firearm during the attempt to commit a felony, speeding, violation of the financial responsibility law (no proof of insurance) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Reed was taken to the jail in Kingston. He is scheduled to make his first appearance in court on these charges September 28, 2021.
