James E. Foust, age 80, of Rockwood, passed away July 16th, 2020 at his residence. He was a member of Clymersville Baptist Church in Rockwood. He was a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Roane County Military Memorial Honor Guard. James is preceded in death by his parents: Elmer and Mildred Graves Foust; brother: Johnny Foust; and sons: Pete and Buddy Foust. Survivors includes wife: Virginia Joann Foust; sister: Ruth Orum of Maryland; brother: Edward Foust (Gwen) of Rockwood; caregivers: Buck & Betty Pratt, and Cindy Hamilton. The family will receive friends Monday, July 20, 2020 at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood from 1 until 2 p.m. Graveside service will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery with military honors by the Roane County Military Memorial Honor Guard and U.S. Army Honor Guard.
