Jean Ellan Webster, age 53, of Crossville, passed away February 10, 2020. She is survived by her parents: Vincent and Charlene Culley Richardson; sister: Meagan Sheaffer; and nephews: Kyle and Steven Sheaffer. There will be a memorial service on February 29, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church.
