Graveside services for Jelesa Brooke Conley, age 31 of Crossville will be held Saturday, August 21st at 1 pm at Green Acres Memory Gardens.  Family will receive friends prior to the services from 11 am until 1 pm at Green Acres Memory Gardens.  Survivors include her husband Layne Conley and their two children.  Her parents Joey and Hope Smith.
