A Jamestown couple lost their lives following a head-on collision in Fentress County around 10:30 am Wednesday morning.  According to the THP, a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Jeff Hall, age 71, of Jamestown, was traveling southbound on US Highway 127 when a northbound 2017 Nissan Titan, driven by Preston Adkins, age 25, of Crossville, crossed the center line and struck the Santa Fe head on.  Mr. Hall was pronounced dead at UT Medical Center.  Hall’s passenger, Carolyn Hall, age 75 passed away at the scene. Mr. Adkins and a 2-year-old passenger of the Nissan Titan were both injured and transported to CMC.
