Wednesday evening, Cumberland County deputies arrived at a home on the 700 block of Westel Road to find 32-year-old Brian Paul Jolley – who had been banned from the residence since May 2016 – trespassing on the property and refusing to leave. A dispatch check revealed Jolley had an outstanding warrant. Jolley was arrested for criminal trespassing and violation of probation. He was placed under $500 bond and has a court appearance scheduled March 11.
