JUANITA COLE, age 75 of Crossville, TN passed away November 8, 2021. She was born October 10, 1946, in Deer Lodge, TN the daughter of Raymond and Geneva Atkins Payne. She worked many years at Cumberland Medical Center as a LPN. She was a kind and gentle mother who loved her family greatly. She was also a huge UT football fan.

She is survived by her sons- Dennis Cole, Daniel Cole and his wife Angela and David Cole all of Crossville, TN, brother- David Payne of Wartburg, TN, sisters- DeeDee Abston and her husband Claude of Crossville, TN, Debbie Thomas of Wartburg, TN and Phyllis Thomas of Cleveland, TN, grandchildren- Lance Cole and his wife Britney, Chase Cole and Lauren Cole and great grandchildren- Zack Cole and Greg Cole.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband- Melvin Cole, brother- E. Neil Taylor and sister- Judith Payne.

Funeral services will held Thursday November 11, 2021 at 1pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11am-1pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rinnie Cemetery.

The family has respectfully asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
