Judy Cotter, age 76, was born on April 21, 1946, to William and Margaret Gross in Fordtown, TN. She passed away on June 13, 2022, at her home in Crossville, TN.

Judy is survived by her daughters Nancy Webb, Kristina (Jeffery) Hobbs, and Angela (John) Bunch; grandchildren Emalie, Jewel, Jahniah, Ahyokah, Kaya, Mavrik, Matthew, Daniel, Isabel, and Madison; and great-grandchildren Elsie and Isla.

She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Lee Cotter; and parents William Henry and Margaret (Britt) Gross.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Redemption Church in Crossville, TN. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 pm with the service to follow at 2:00 pm. She will be buried in Big Lick Cemetery immediately following the service.
