A juvenile abducted from Virginia was found at the Motel 6 in Roane County Saturday. Officers went to room 129 and 19-year-old Emad Mohammed Al Saedi from Louisville, Kentucky answered the door in his underwear. A search of the room revealed the 14-year-old female. She was taken to the Roane County juvenile center for a safe place to stay until she can be returned home. Al Saedi was charged with statutory rape and taken to jail. Danville, Virginia authorities requested the car Al Saedi used to be impounded and for him be held until their investigators can arrive in Kingston to question Al Saedi.
