A text message sent out by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department notified residents about an active search for a runaway juvenile.

The individual in question is a white male named Dakota, described as having brown hair, brown eyes, and standing approximately five feet eight inches tall. He was last observed on foot in the vicinity of Chestnut Hill Road, wearing a black and red hoodie.

The alert instructs anyone who makes contact with or spots the juvenile to immediately call 911.
