A check by Crossville police of a tag on a Cadillac on Miller Bypass yesterday came back to a different vehicle. Officers stopped the driver, 44-year-old Jim Franklin Keedy of Pikeville, and a consent search allegedly revealed meth. Keedy was arrested and transported to jail. Authorities also placed a passenger, 32-year-old Amanda Leann Brown, into custody on an outstanding warrant.
