Funeral services for Kenneth Neal, age 64, of Crossville, will be held at 1 p.m. December 28, 2019 at Cornerstone Baptist Church. Burial will be in Creston Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. December 27, 2019 at the church. Survivors include wife: Debra Neal; son: David Neal; grandchildren: Kendria Billings and Tyler Billings; and great-grandchildren: Lyla Billings and Lachlan Billings.
