A Laurel County, Kentucky, man was arrested yesterday and charged with cruelty to animals. Officers received an animal-neglect call on Keavy Road in London at the residence of 32-year-old Jessie Jones. Deputies say when they arrived, they found two dogs tied outside a camper with no food or water. Investigators say the dogs appeared malnourished and in poor health. Animal control took possession of the dogs.
