The City of Kingston sends their prayers and heartfelt condolences to the family of council member Wiley Brackett who passed away. Officials say Brackett was a man of integrity, conviction and good humor, and a friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing him. The city will always be grateful for his service. Out of respect, tonight’s (November 10, 2020) Kingston City Council meeting has been postponed until Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 6 p.m. eastern. Funeral arrangements for Councilman Brackett will be announced soon.
