LARRISSON ARRESTED AT ART CIRCLE PUBLIC LIBRARY

Crossville police responded to the Art Circle Public Library this week for a male subject asleep inside possibly under the influence. Officers encountered 41-year-old Izzachas Larrisson, who was listed as homeless, who had a slurred speech and unsteady on his feet. Larrisson was arrested for public intoxication and taken to the Cumberland County jail.

This makes the second time police responded to the library in 30 days.

Last month, a man was arrested after chasing two others with a knife in the library and eventually ending up outside of the building.
