Knoxville police investigators have been looking for 55-year-old Juan Francisco in connection with the hit-and-run death of 52-year-old Debbie Burgess.

And now Francisco has been added to the TBI’s Most Wanted List.

The driver of a 1998 Dodge pickup, believed to be Francisco, fled the scene after the April 8 crash on Pleasant Ridge Road.

A spokesman for the Knoxville police said, “investigators have placed warrants on Juan Francisco [of Knoxville] for vehicle homicide and leaving the scene of an accident.”

A $2,500 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
