A lawsuit is expected to be filed concerning the Gatlinburg wildfire. An online support group is reporting that over 100 people are filing the lawsuit against the National Park Service in regards to the wildfires that swept across the region beginning on Nov. 28 killing 14 and injury over 100. Residents say that they do not trust Sevier County and Gatlinburg Officials because no answers have been given about the event. Lawsuits are expected to be filed in June for what is being called “negligence.”
