Cumberland County sheriff’s deputies stopped 28-year-old Krystle Ciara Coulter of Crossville late Saturday night at Happy Sak Exxon in Tansi for driving on a suspended license. The arresting officer had cited her for the same offense January 5. Coulter, who became verbally abusive and belligerent toward deputies, was taken to Cumberland County jail and placed under $1,000 bond. She’s due in court February 4.
