MAN ARRESTED FOR GRABBING TWO GIRLS DURING A ROCKWOOD FOOTBALL GAME
Oscar Livingston Jr. was arrested by the Roane County Sheriff’s Office, accused of grabbing two juvenile girls through a fence during a Rockwood football game.
The two girls reported him to a School Resource Officer.
He was later caught while running through a nearby neighborhood, and charged with two counts of simple assault.
Neither girl was injured, and Livingston was arraigned with a bond set at $20,000.
