Knoxville police arrested a man in connection to the death of a Loudon County woman. Officers say Marques “Polo” Wheeler was taken into custody without incident on the north side of the city. Yesterday, the Knoxville Police Department said a warrant had been issued for Wheeler’s arrest for reckless homicide in connection to the shooting death of 27-year-old Kayla Viars, of Loudon, on January 1, 2018.
