MAN ARRESTED IN CROSSVILLE ON OHIO SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY VIOLATION WARRANT
On February 25, 2026, at approximately 5:35 p.m., Crossville Police Department officers were dispatched to the Bread of Life Rescue Mission, a homeless shelter located in Crossville, Tennessee. They responded to reports of a man named Vincent Lane Brokaw Jr., a 40-year-old white male with blonde hair and blue eyes, who was attempting to check in at the facility.
Dispatch confirmed that Brokaw had an active full extradition warrant from Franklin County, Ohio, for a violation of the sex offender registry.
The officer made contact with Brokaw in the vestibule, verified the warrant details, and took him into custody without incident at around 5:50 p.m. Brokaw was transported to the Cumberland County Justice Center, where an out-of-state warrant hold was formally written and served upon intake.
