On Wednesday evening, the Kingston Police Department arrested 45-year-old Jeremiah Jason Marshall on Lawnville Road after he allegedly fled the scene of an assault. According to the Roane County Sheriff’s Department intake database, Marshall faces two counts of harassment (no threats), six counts of aggravated burglary, and six counts of aggravated assault.
