Bryan Cooper was identified as the individual who had stolen trailers and sold them to different individuals around Fentress county. Upon being arrested Cooper advised deputies he had eaten rat poison in an attempt to avoid being arrested. After deputies notified EMS he was transported to the hospital where he was admitted for observation. After being released, Cooper was taken into custody and  transported back to Fentress County to face the following charges:

Theft of Property over 2500.00 (3) counts

Vandalism under 1000.00 (3) counts

And Criminal Trespassing (3) counts

Bond in two of the three cases is currently set at $35,000 Dollars
