Cumberland County deputies were dispatched to a residence off Reagan Drive on Sunday in reference to someone possibly being shot at. When deputies spoke with the caller, Charles Wiedman stated that he had hung out with his ex-spouse the night before and that he went to her house to check and see if she possibly had his wallet. He claimed that when he was knocking on her window, Nicholas Todd came outside with a pistol and discharged it.

Charles stated he left and waited for law enforcement to arrive. A check through dispatch revealed that Charles is actually banned from the address. He was charged with Criminal Trespassing.
