Raul Gonzalez, 39, was charged with DUI among other charges after crashing into an unoccupied, parked KPD cruiser around 1 am this morning on I-40 East near Lovell Road. A KPD officer and KFD were working on an unrelated crash at the time.

No officers or firefighters were injured.
