A man has been charged with second degree murder stemming from an incident after he allegedly shot his ex-wife’s husband in the parking lot of a Walmart store in Clinton. Authorities say 32-year-old Robert K. Myers of Briceville is additionally charged with first degree attempted murder, aggravated assault and especially aggravated kidnapping. Officers said 23-year-old Marshal Pinsley of Blaine, was shot and killed April 28.
