Crossville police and medics responded to Genesis Road near Eye Centers of Tennessee Saturday night after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. Initial reports indicate Chris Turner sustained critical injuries and was first transported to Cumberland Medical Center then to an area trauma center for treatment of life threatening injuries. Turner passed away yesterday. A full report will be released by the Crossville Police Department at a later time.
