A Rutherford County man was hurt in a single-vehicle accident in Cumberland County yesterday morning. Troopers say a 2003 Ford truck driven by 25-year-old Cameron Cauthorn of Murfreesboro was traveling east on Interstate 40 at the 328 mile marker near Crab Orchard at a high rate of speed. Cauthorn lost control, went off the interstate and overturned, resulting in his being ejected from the vehicle. Cauthorn was flown to U.T. Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
