Officers initially responded to the 360 mile marker westbound of I-40 concerning a reckless driver. The semi, not pulling a trailer, driven by 53-year-old Perry Robert Munguia later crossed into Cumberland County. Two hours after that, he came back into Roane County on I-40 leading officers on a pursuit through the county to exit 364 in Loudon County where Munguia stopped. He was arrested for vehicle theft, manufacture, sale and delivery of meth, DUI and evading arrest.
